- The RS LinkedIn Add In module now supports proximity searching based on post code for those countries with an appropriate post code database.
- Log entries for a Contact can be shared with another contact. This can be useful if a contact has both a client and candidate entry.
- A text based document can be dragged from the Documents section into a Contact’s Notes. This is useful for setting pro-forma Notes entries. This can be automated with a database Setting.
- A database Setting is available to restrict the listing of the RS Add Ins to a specified list only, rather than showing the full list of Add Ins.
- Multiple RS databases can be supported on a single server.
- The Placements form supports Attachments for items such as invoices.
- Facility to send Contacts and Vacancies between Recruit Studio systems. This is intended for supporting implants of Recruit Studio in client offices.
- Protected Attachments are supported. Only a Manager can create a Protected Attachment which can only be deleted by a User with Admin access.
- SMS Texting extended to 459 characters using three texts.
- Sub Location fields added to Location.
- New RSReports2 Add In provides drill down features for reviewing new database items.
- Blacklist feature added for use with Temp Staff package.
- Temp Staff Add In package includes checks for new Agency Workers Regulations effective October 2011.
- Changes to reporting of CVs Sent. Concept of Managed and UnManaged CVs which are reported separately.
- The Placements table is extended with a series of dates specifying events in the placement process. Also addition of a ‘shares’ facility for consultant commission apportionment.
- Candidate Notes are optionally presented in a full view tab.
- The contacts tree in the Company form can be optionally shown with contacts grouped by Location.
- Possible duplicate contacts are automatically shown when contact name details are entered.
- The RS Add In to Outlook now supports recipient look up in the RS database when a new or reply email is created. This allows the email text to be sent to the recipients RS log.
- Spell checker for major European languages added to the RS E-Mailer.
- There is a new Add In utility for adding key skills to the database from Excel spreadsheet.
- New candidate search form in the Search and Mailings.
- A new user status of ‘DB Admin’ added for use by data entry staff.
- Facility to extract E-Mail addresses from CVs held in the CV Database or in local folders. The E-Mail addresses can be passed to the RS E-Mailer or output to file for passing to a mailing service.
- Add In to integrate with LinkedIn. This facility is available and undergoing further development.
