Pricing
We aim to keep things as flexible as possible and so there is no contract with Recruit Studio.
We invoice at the start of each month and the amount you pay depends on the number of users you have - like Pay As You Go.
So, you can increase or decrease the number of users you have on a monthly basis. If you want to change the number of users, we just ask that you let us know in advance. There is no contract with Recruit Studio, meaning that you are not tied in for any length of time. If at any point you decide that you want to stop using the package, we just ask that you let us know and we will stop invoicing and tell you how to take your data to another supplier. Our preferred payment method is Direct Debit and we can set one up over the phone with you.

See below which price bracket applies to your business:
1 to 5 users = £50 per user per month
Within this price bracket, each user that you have will cost £50 per month. So, if you are a single user, you will pay £50 per month. If you have 2 users, the monthly cost is £100 per month and so on.
6 - 10 users = £250 per month
To maintain our competitive edge in terms of pricing, within this bracket, we cap the price as if you have 5 users so the price is a straight £250 per month.
11 - 15 users = £350 per month
At this level, the price really starts to become attractive. Within this bracket, you will pay a straight £350 per month which works out as little as £23 per user each month.
16 - 20 users = £450 per month
An increase in users means only a small amount extra per month when you have between 16 and 20 users, with the price coming down to as little as 75p per day for each consultant you get great value.
21 - 30 users = £500 per month
Moving to this bracket means an extra outlay of just £50 per month from the previous bracket, yet you gain the potential for another 9 users.
31 - 50 users = £1000 per month
At a daily cost per head of between £1 and 66p, the cost benefit of Recruit Studio means it is a sustainable outlay.
The prices quoted include installation, all updates, additional modules, support by phone and email, and training.
Usually, development as a result of customer suggestions is included in the price. Bespoke development may incur an extra charge which would be discussed in detail with you before any work takes place.
Data from another recruitment software supplier can usually be imported, subject to the ease of transfer from your existing supplier.
