Download letter and email templates

You can store letter and email templates in Recruit Studio to make mailing more convenient. You can download preset templates for use in sending letter or email confirmation to clients or candidates when an interview has been arranged.

You need to do this on the PC that holds the Recruit Studio database - this may not be the PC you are on. Follow the instructions below:

Download templates (11.4kb)

• Click the download button above and when prompted, save the file to your Desktop.
• Locate the file and then right-click it, and choose 'Extract all'.
• Follow the wizard, extracting the files to the Desktop.
• You will now have a folder containing 5 files on your Desktop. These need to be saved to the RecruitStudio folder on the C:\ drive:
  • 'LetterBlank.doc' needs to be saved in C:\RecruitStudio\Templates\Letters
  • 'CandidateInterview.doc' needs to be saved in C:\RecruitStudio\Templates\Interviews
  • 'ClientInterview.doc' needs to be saved in C:\RecruitStudio\Templates\Interviews
  • 'CandidateEmail.txt' needs to be saved in C:\RecruitStudio\Templates\Interviews
  • 'ClientEmail.txt' needs to be saved in C:\RecruitStudio\Templates\Interviews
