Remote and multi-site working

Do you want to work from another location? Or do you need to share your data between more than one office?

Both of these scenarios are possible and we have various options open to us in order to achieve your goal.

Log in from another location

If you need to log in from home, or if you have consultants operating from different locations, Recruit Studio can help you.

We have lots of users whose consultants log in daily to the system from different locations to where the database is located. You can even log in from abroad. By logging into your database across the internet, you can achieve greater flexibility. There is no extra charge for this facility and you don't need any extra equipment.

Enabling offices to connect to share information

In addition to remote working, it is possible to connect offices together.  There are two main options available to you to achieve this.

Firstly, you can use remote access.  By holding the database centrally in one office, individual users from the other offices can log in across the internet to access and edit the data. 

The other option is to share two separate databases, with both databases held in their respective offices.  The databases synchronise when changes are made, allowing two offices to maintain their independence yet access and edit information.
