Log in from another location
If you need to log in from home, or if you have consultants operating from different locations, Recruit Studio can help you.
We have lots of users whose consultants log in daily to the system from different locations to where the database is located. You can even log in from abroad. By logging into your database across the internet, you can achieve greater flexibility. There is no extra charge for this facility and you don't need any extra equipment.

Enabling offices to connect to share information
In addition to remote working, it is possible to connect offices together. There are two main options available to you to achieve this.
Firstly, you can use remote access. By holding the database centrally in one office, individual users from the other offices can log in across the internet to access and edit the data. Take a look at how to set it up on our support page, how to configure remote access.
The other option is to share two separate databases, with both databases held in their respective offices. The databases synchronise when changes are made, allowing two offices to maintain their independence yet access and edit information.
