SMS text messaging

By subscribing to the SMS service, you can send texts to candidates alerting them to a new vacancy. Replies can also be received, by email.

You can send a text from a person's record or send one text to multiple recipients. You can also store frequently used texts to save time. It's easy to set up and quick to use.

The SMS service is handled by Icetrak and there will be an additional charge of 10p per text.

Management reports

Keep an eye on your business with our management reports module.  This allows business owners and managers to produce charts of business performance on a per consultant basis.  You can analyse:

• Number of new clients entered
• Number of new candidates entered
• Number of CVs sent to clients
• Number of new vacancies created
• Number of interviews arranged
• Log analysis - numbers of different log types i.e. notes, phone calls, meetings, and sales calls

The view allows you to choose a particular week or month. A split view chart enables you to compare consultants or criteria and there is also a print function.

Key Performance Indicators

Further to the Management Reports tool, Recruit Studio allows you to chart the sales performance of your consultants using the Key Performance Indicators tool.

Each time a consultant creates an interview or makes a sales call i.e. a phone call to a client following up from a CV sent, or a call to a new client, they record the call in the client's log.  You are then able to produce a chart based on the following criteria:

• 1st interview
• 2nd interview
• Terms agreed
• Lead
• Referral
• Offer
• Invoice raised

The chart allows you to choose specific consultants as well as select a specific week. This data can then be exported for further use.

Postcode look-up service

With the postcode look up service, handled by Postcode Anywhere, you can quickly populate addresses by entering the postcode first and then select the address from a list of matches. There is a charge of 2p per enquiry.

Scripted candidate entry

If your business requires consultants to add candidate information in a structured format, typically by phone, this module may be useful to you. It allows consultants to follow a script, enabling them to enter the data into the script to capture the information easily. The information is then saved to a candidate record and the data can be used to create a CV. It is an ideal function for sectors where candidates tend not to have a CV of their own.

The benefit to you is that it guarantees your consultants are collecting the right information and it saves time by producing a CV document.

Custom data spreadsheets

If you have a need to store extra information on candidates, clients, companies or vacancies for which there is not sufficient space in normal Recruit Studio records, you can supplement the standard Recruit Studio package with this add-in.

It allows you to create simple spreadsheets for each contact, company or vacancy, enabling you to store extra information of your choosing. Although the content is not searchable, it gives you great flexibility in being able to add extra information.
